- The little nub in the back of the inside loader is the BACKSTOP and is NOT the plunger. The plunger is the whole top inside of the loader. The backstop prevents the round from going too far beyond the magazine follower or else the round won’t go down. Please use the loader’s backstop to prevent the round from going too far back by lifting the loader just slightly above each newly inserted round. See videos for demo.
