- For newer magazines or if the loader does not compress down for the last three to five rounds, remove the loader and slap/tap the back of the magazine to seat the rounds toward the back and then continue loading with the loader. This occurred in my testing with and without using the loader on my new magazine. This is mainly due to the magazine/follower design which is out of my control since the plunger of the loader can only move up and down.
